Personal Information (“PI”)

You may affirmatively provide information about yourself, Personal Information (“PI”), by using contact forms on the Website or by calling or e-mailing us. Your rights and your options

Your Right to Know

You have a right to request what categories of information and what specific Personal Information we have collected about you, how we use and disclose it. You have a right to request what we know about your Personal Information.   To exercise this right, you can complete the “California Consumer Requests” form on the Assured SPC website stating in the message section that “you are exercising Your Right to Know your personal information”.  To fulfill your request, we will need to verify that you are who you say you are.   To do this, you will need to provide us with your first name, last name and one other non-public information about you that we can verify against our records.   If we cannot verify that we have your personal information then we will provide you the categories of information that we have collected for your requested person.

Your right to Request Deletion

You have a right to request that we delete your Personal Information.   To exercise this right, you can complete the “California Consumer Choices” form on the Assured SPC website stating in the message section that “you are requesting deletion of your personal information”.  To fulfill your request, we will need to verify that you are who you say you are.   To do this, you will need to provide us with your first name, last name and two other items of non-public information about you that we can verify against our records.   If we cannot verify that we have your personal information then we cannot fulfill your request.   As stated above, you can be assured we do not and will not sell your information.

Opting Out of Marketing activities

Visitors who wish to opt out of marketing communications may reply to any marketing communication with the subject line “Unsubscribe.” You may also block or disable cookies on your device, thereby restricting the collection of Non-Personal Data enabled through the use of cookies. Using Google Ads Settings, you can opt out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads. Do Not Track

Except as described in this Privacy Policy, Assured SPC does not track information about visitors to the Website or share Personally Identifiable Information about visitors with third parties. Third parties who receive Non-Personal Data from Assured SPC, however, are not required to honor browser “Do Not Track” requests, and we do not control what those third parties may do with the data.
